Ashleigh is the owner and head dietitian at Glow Wellness and Nutrition. She began a career in Dietetics after developing an unhealthy relationship with food in her late teens, through a restrictive eating disorder. After navigating this battle herself, she found nutrition was the hardest thing to manage alone and wanted to ensure nobody else felt alone in their nutrition journey.
